Specializes in litigation and forensic consulting engagements in areas such as intellectual property, lost profit and reasonable royalty assessments, breach of contract damage assessments, accounting issues, insurance claims, investigative support, valuation, and professional malpractice. These projects generally include analysis of financial, economic and accounting issues in litigation and other related matters. Significant experience managing audits for both privately and publicly held companies. Diversified audit and financial experience to provide analysis and insights into an array of complex financial issues faced by litigants and other parties involved in business disputes. Experienced testifier in both arbitration and judicial proceedings and has served as a Special Master on damage issues to the U.S. District Court.

Experience in a wide range of industries including, but not limited to, retail, manufacturing, construction, real estate, distribution, leasing, healthcare, finance, technology and hospitality. Formerly the partner-in-charge of Deloitte & Touche LLP’s Dispute Consulting & Forensic Investigations Group for the Great Lakes Region. In this role, he provided expert testimony, consulting and analysis for parties in litigation and bankruptcy proceedings.
