• Delivers financial consulting and refinancing assistance to clients in bankruptcy, financial distress or major organizational change.
• Consults extensively with financial institutions on the detection and procedural methodologies in the provision of robust Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act programs.
• Significant experience assisting client management through the creation of financial and strategic models and the preparation or analysis of reorganization plans.
• Extensive expertise in forensic accounting and money-laundering investigations.
• Possesses experience in a wide range of industries including e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, construction, real estate, banking and financial services, distribution, leasing, healthcare, telecommunications and hospitality.
