Our professionals have performed as Court Appointed Receivers in a number of different cases involving numerous jurisdictions. We have performed in situations where there have been ongoing operations and cash flow that neede to be preserved to cases where the assets were so far distressed that the only real option was to liquidate for the benefit of the estate. In either case, BBP Partners strives to complete the task in the most economical and  efficient manner.

 

BBP has experience working with the Court and Creditors in preserving, evaluating, marketing and selling the secured assets. We have been involved in foreclosure actions where we have navigated through the State Court process to final sale and judicial decree, to foreclosure actions that have ended up in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and ultimately were sold as part of 363 Sale. In a number of these situations, BBP professionals were involved in the process from start to finish and added tremendous value to the estate.
